1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zyberfy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Zyberfy provides

Zyberfy helps businesses reply to leads, follow up, and manage conversations using SMS and automation features. Zyberfy may use AI to generate suggested replies and workflows using your saved business settings and message context.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

4. Messaging and SMS consent

If you provide a phone number to Zyberfy, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your account and the service. This may include notifications, confirmations, and assistant driven replies for your leads.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from your leads before messaging them, and for complying with all applicable laws and carrier rules for SMS.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zyberfy for spam, harassment, deceptive messaging, illegal activity, or content that violates the rights of others.

  • No unsolicited bulk texting without consent
  • No impersonation or misleading identity claims
  • No attempts to bypass opt out requests
  • No abuse of system resources or scraping

6. AI outputs and responsibility

Zyberfy may generate messages using AI. You understand that AI can be imperfect and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output.

You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately. Zyberfy is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI generated content.

7. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan and billing interval.

If a payment fails, your access may be limited until billing is resolved. Plan changes and cancellations are handled through the billing portal when available.

8. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non refundable. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will review the issue.

9. Data and privacy

Zyberfy stores data needed to operate the service, including messages, settings, and usage events. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

We work to keep Zyberfy available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change over time as the platform improves.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for Zyberfy or its providers. You may stop using Zyberfy at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zyberfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Zyberfy is provided as is and as available.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zyberfy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
